With nearly 15 years of experience as a Licensed REALTOR® in Texas, Matthew LaBita is a recognized leader in the real estate industry. As the Managing Partner and Co-Owner of The LaBita Team, Matthew channels his relentless passion for real estate and exemplary service into a multigenerational family business with nearly 80 years of combined expertise.

Matthew's career began in his early 20s as a sales agent, where he quickly rose to become one of the youngest top producers at Keller Williams Signature. Building on this early success, he transitioned into brokerage leadership, coaching agents in Houston and College Station and growing a $56 million sales force. While managing brokerage operations in Katy, he honed his leadership skills, eventually taking over a Keller Williams office in Round Rock, Texas. Under his management, the office grew to 350 agents and $700 million in annual production. In his first full year, he earned the prestigious title of Manager of the Year by PT50 across Austin and the surrounding areas.

In 2018, Matthew returned to Houston to lead operations for The LaBita Team, a thriving real estate business with a legacy of over 600 families served and more than 850 closed transactions to date.
